You set your own rate, you set your schedule, you provide your service in your own way!

Safe Ride Network understands you are in business to provide the best service you are able to and we are here to provide you with the means to make what you are worth, and offer the services you know you can. We want to connect amazing drivers with a dedicated customer base that appreciates exceptional service.

How Our Partnership Works

As a 1099 independent contractor, you are your own boss. You will sign a 1099 agreement to be in partnership with Safe Ride Network, which outlines the high standards of safety and professionalism our clients expect for a completed ride.

We understand you are a contracted business fulfilling your obligations of service. Our commitment to you is:

  • Weekly Payments: We will process payment for your completed routes on a weekly basis.
  • Transparent Pricing: You set your own rate per mile. Safe Ride Network adds our own rate per mile to your rate to create the total price for the customer. You will always receive 100% of your set rate. You are completely able to adjust your rates into the future. We reserve the right to adjust our portion of the rate as needed to cover the operational costs of the Safe Ride Network platform.
  • Full Independence: We absolutely will not violate your rights or misclassify your status as an employee when you are a 1099 independent contractor. We will not violate or imply how you are supposed to run your business.
  • Support & Resources: We will only offer suggested actions, supply you with voluntary training (not required), and offer kind and courteous support to help you succeed as a partner with us in service to both of our clients.

Our Services

We are looking for professional independent drivers who share our commitment to safety and excellence. As a driver in our network, you will connect passengers with a wide range of services, including:

  • Everyday Rides
  • Student Transportation
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT)
  • Elderly Transportation
  • Medical Courier & Last-Mile Delivery

Our Core Requirements

To ensure the highest standard of service, all drivers in the Safe Ride Network must meet and maintain the following requirements:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Valid Commercial Auto Insurance (or a rideshare policy add-on) that covers business use
  • Valid DOT Physical
  • Pass comprehensive 10 panel drug testing (Yearly, Post Accident, & Random as Required)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid defensive driving course
  • A vehicle with documented a comprehensive inspection by a certified mechanic (Yearly)

    Section 3: Your Availability & Rates

    Schedule Availability

    You will need to be available for trips when you mark your schedule as available. This can change with your schedule, we just need to know in advance. As an independent contractor it is your duty to provide your service for the times you specify you are available.

    Pricing

    The lower your rate per mile, the more customers youre likely to receive. We will also include a rate per mile in addition to the rate you supply to accommodate our booking service. You will be able to change this rate as desired in the future.

    Please confirm your understanding of the documentation requirements. You will be asked to provide these documents if your application moves forward.

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Current Proof of Personal Insurance
    • Current Vehicle Registration
    • A clear photo of my vehicle for the website
    • Valid DOT Physical
    • Recent Drug Test Results
    • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
    • Defensive Driving Course Completion Certificate
    • Vehicle Inspection Report from a Certified Mechanic
