6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Safety: Passengers must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the driver, including the use of seat belts. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in service termination.
- Behavior: Passengers are expected to act responsibly and respectfully. Any illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services and potential reporting to authorities.
- Property: Saferide Network is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property during transit. Passengers are encouraged to check their belongings before exiting the vehicle.
7. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities
- Saferide Network’s drivers are licensed and trained professionals. They are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if they believe a passenger poses a safety risk or engages in inappropriate behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Saferide Network strives to provide safe and timely transportation services. However, we are not responsible for any delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues.
